Customer segmentation
Different customers have different needs. I can define segments and create a fitting engagement model per segment. This will make the team more efficient.
Standard content
Every interaction with the customer should bring them value. Standardized content (handover form, kick-off deck, training scripts, QBR decks…) can form the framework your team needs to have better interactions and results.
Health scoring
There is a difference between adoption and health. I will help you define which factors come into play to predict which customer will leave, stay or grow. Health scoring can also help the team prioritise.
Customer advisory boards
Customer advisory boards can help give a voice to the customer in a structured way and get valuable feedback on the roadmap. I have experience in setting these up in a succesfull way.
Hiring and new hire onboarding
Hiring the person with the right skills is crucial. I can write out a job description, build an interview process and make a first draft of an onboarding for your first CSM’s.
Forecasting and reporting
